Who operates this website
Jiří Bartoněk operates byBartonek in the Czech Republic, business identification number (IČO) 07924381. Contact privacy@bybartonek.com with privacy questions or support@bybartonek.com for support and data deletion requests. Please name the relevant application.
Visiting the website
This is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. Loading a page sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser information and requested address, to the hosting and network providers. They may process request and security logs to deliver and protect the website. See GitHub's Privacy Statement for its processing and retention practices.
The website's own code does not add advertising or behavioral analytics trackers. Fonts and site assets are served with the website. Links to social networks, stores and other external services are subject to those services' own privacy policies when you visit them.
Contact correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, provide support and handle related security or legal matters. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.
Correspondence may be processed by email and technical service providers acting for us. Depending on the purpose, processing is necessary to provide a requested service, pursue legitimate interests in responding and operating securely, or comply with a legal obligation. Providers may process data in countries where they operate, under their applicable data-protection arrangements. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your choices
There is no single automatic deletion period for correspondence: it depends on whether the request is still open and whether specific records are needed for security, a dispute or a legal obligation. You may request deletion at support@bybartonek.com. Identify the correspondence or application concerned without sending sensitive credentials. We may need proportionate verification of your authority before acting. If specific records must be retained, we will explain the reason and applicable period in our response.
Requests concerning an application's data are handled under that application's policy; for JB_Drill use the dedicated instructions. Records held independently by hosting, email or other external providers remain subject to their policies and applicable obligations.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, and obtain data portability. Contact privacy@bybartonek.com. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
We may update this page as the website changes. Application-specific practices are described separately rather than assumed to be the same for every byBartonek product.
